Roof Cleaning Price List

Our roof cleaning price list varies but we will go into it here. We are not trying to be difficult or avoid the question of how much does roof cleaning cost when we say ‘it depends’. There are a few key factors that dictate what our roof cleaning quote will be for each property such as:

  • Size of Roof
  • Moss Coverage
  • Tile Type
  • Pitch/Pitches
  • Access
  • Any Pre-Existing Damage

Simply providing us with a photograph will be enough in 99% of cases to give us confidence in our price to you. We can also use Google Earth to calculate your quote if you provide us with your address – but please bear in mind that without an up-to-date photo, we will presume the worst with regards to moss coverage.

Also, unless you make us aware of any known roofing issues such as broken/loose/missing tiles, leaks, internal damp etc. we will assume your roof is structurally sound without defects. However, we do appreciate that with untrained eyes looking up from the ground, you may not be able to know if these issues exist or not. The good news is that a soft wash roof clean will not exacerbate or cause damage/degradation.

Proven Soft Wash Roof Cleaning That Yields 100% Moss Removal & Avoids Damage At An Affordable Price

At British Roof cleaning we use a modern soft wash methodology to achieve 100% moss removal and elimination of green organic matter. Unlike pressure washing, soft washing does not carry the risk of damaging your roof tiles or homes structure. Our approach utilises careful manual brushing, general manpower, knowledge and a chemical treatment. The outcome is both visually pleasing and very practical from preventive perspective regarding roofing damage.
